Christine Heart Savage

Christine Heart Savage is a highly experienced Breathwork Trainer, Practitioner, Life Coach and Speaker who is dedicated to helping people overcome their personal life challenges. Since 1994 she’s worked with many thousands of soul searching and courageous people suffering with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, burnout and personal life crises. 

She had her own journey with stress, anxiety, panic attacks and breakdown over 3 decades ago, which lead her down a path of self discovery, and personal development.  During her darkest times she discovered a rich and mighty intelligence deep within her which she calls “The Soul”.  Christine says the more out of alignment a person is with their inner being or soul, the more lost, anxious and distressed they are… AND the good thing is, this alignment can be re-established and a sense of wellbeing returns.  Since then it’s been her mission to help others overcome their challenges, align their mind, body and soul, so they feel safe, stable, calm, confident and have greater control of their lives.   

Christine runs a successful Breathwork and Coaching business, and offers online self study courses, and combined course and coaching programs.  Because she’s been there herself, she knows how to lead people out of their challenging situations, giving them new skills to overcome anxiety, develop resilience, find peace, and learn to trust themselves to make informed, higher choices in their lives. 

Christine says she’s ever grateful for the experience and knowledge she holds, and knows it’s her life’s purpose to help others overcome there challenges so they too can live a happy and successful life!
