Kim Townsend is a woman and a leader who walks her talk. By having the courage to try new things when she felt unsettled, Kim’s path in life has yielded some profound and unique experiences. After school, Kim started a career in nursing but left to travel Australia in a campervan and then moved to New Zealand. In search of a fun, challenging, nurturing and purposeful career, she has extensive experience in hospitality and events, sales, aged care, drug addiction, welfare and youth work, the film industry and in Education. Lifestyle Coaching is the ultimate in helping others, utilising her varied skills and experiences.

She is a divorced mother of 3 and has overcome personal challenges such as single parenting, blended families, drug abuse, life threatening illnesses, abusive relationships and ageing parents with dementia. She is adventurous and will give almost anything a go, at least once.

Her real value is the wisdom from her life experiences and who Kim has chosen to be. Wisdom of life lessons to share and to learn from, not just regurgitated theory based knowledge.
