Pauline Rooney – Swami Prema Ananda is a senior Yoga teacher and trainer of over 45 years, with a passion for working with individuals, groups and companies to incorporate the benefits of traditional Hatha Yoga into lives and the workplace.
She is a speaker and presenter, workshop facilitator, a published author of books and articles in distinguished publications, holds a Master Practitioner Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Diploma of Yoga Science that underpins her vast scientific and practical knowledge of the workings of the human body and mind.
Pauline runs a very successful business – Inner Cor Yoga and her motto is
“No Pain, All Gain” and she has a realistic, traditional approach to yoga focussing on the breath, postures and calming the mind.
Her business is underpinned by the incredible practice of yoga, and living the yogic lifestyle has given Pauline many surprising opportunities and platforms – teaching infants through to year 12 and beyond. Over several years, she has researched and detailed programmes for the elderly – 60+ and Gorgeous. Also programmes for stroke survivors – Evolve with Inner Cor.
The opportunities to teach and speak have led her internationally and Australia wide. Including Vietnam, USA, Bali, Uluru, Broome.
She has also featured at many high-profile festivals and events.
Inner Cor Yoga is a registered senior member of Yoga Australia – Yoga’s governing body. Pauline has served on the committee and has presented on many occasions for them. She always follows the philosophy yoga is for everyone and everybody.
